THIS CLASS IS A LOWER INTENSITY VERSION OF THE STANDARD CROSSFIT CLASS.
This 90 minute class combines powerlifting, Olypmic Lifting, and strongman training. tHIS PROGRAM WILL INCLUDE STRENGTH VARIATIONS IN A 6 WEEK WAVE CYCLE TO MAKE you AS STRONG AS POSSIBLe
Designed to help your child work on cardiovascular endurance, coordination, flexibility, strength, agility, and balance to improve your child's speed, power, and SPORTS CONDITIONING for better SELF-ESTEEM (Ages 7 - 13 yrs). Ages 18 and up can participate in the adult classes and kids 14yrs or older may attend the PowerLifting classes on Tuesday and Friday. Check rates at the desk.
This is the main group class offered, which is led by at least on Level 1 CrossFit Trainer. Everyone is taken through a group warm up and skill progression for that days Workout of the Day (WOD). The workout is adjusted to everyone's capability and limitations.
We offer three Intro classes and require that you attend these before coming to any other class times. If you want to continue attending the intro classes on T/TH/F at 7pm, we do not require an appointment
