Class Schedule

Mobility WOD Class


Learn how to perform basic maintenance on your body, unlock your athletic potential, live pain-free and become a supple leopard. Lynne is one of our elite CrossFit athletes who will be leading the mobility class on Friday nights at 6:30pm - 7:30pm (utilizing reference book: Becoming a Supple Leopard - mobility wod, by Dr. Kelly Starrett).

Our Intro Series


We offer three Intro classes and require that you attend these before coming to any other class times. If you want to continue attending the intro classes on T/TH/F at 7pm, we do not require an appointment

Swim WOD Class


Learn better technique on your freestyle or learn how to actually swim a lap across the pool. This class includes a WOD combined with swim.

PowerLifting


A great class for adults and  teens. This classes teaches you how to lift weight safely and effectively. You will learn about technique on Olympic and power lifting movements from a certified powerlifting coach from UC Davis.

Barbell Class


This class teaches a combination of Olympic lifting, power lifting, and technique-driven movements/drills to improve your Clean, Jerk, and Snatch.

CrossFit


This is the main group class offered, which is led by at least on Level 1 CrossFit Trainer. Everyone is taken through a group warm up and skill progression for that days Workout of the Day (WOD). The workout is adjusted to everyone's capability and limitations.

CrossFit Kids


Designed to help your child work on cardiovascular endurance, coordination, flexibility, strength, agility, and balance to improve your child's speed, power, and SPORTS CONDITIONING for better SELF-ESTEEM (Ages 7 - 13 yrs). Ages 18 and up can participate in the adult classes and kids 14yrs or older may attend the PowerLifting classes on Tuesday and Friday.
