YCF Strength/Power Lifting & Strongman

This class combines powerlifting, Olypmic Lifting, and strongman training. tHIS PROGRAM WILL INCLUDE STRENGTH VARIATIONS IN A 6 WEEK WAVE CYCLE TO MAKE you AS STRONG AS POSSIBLe

Class Schedule


This is the main group class offered, which is led by at least on Level 1 CrossFit Trainer. Everyone is taken through a group warm up and skill progression for that days Workout of the Day (WOD). The workout is adjusted to everyone's capability and limitations.
