How To Start CrossFit Classes

Introduction classes are by appointment only when you first start, the Coaches may ask you continue taking the Intro/CF Light classes if you are not quite ready for the regular CrossFit classes. 

Current Schedule For Intro Classes: Level 1

Monday - Friday                                7am, 10am 
Tuesday                                            3pm, 7pm

Thursday                                          2pm, 7:30pm

Saturday                                           10am

CrossFit Light Classes: Level 2

Tuesday/Thursday                               10:30am 

Tuesday                                               7pm
Saturday - (Partner WOD) -                 9am   

*The classes usually last about 45 minutes to 1 hour. The first day, please show up 20 minutes before class to register at the front desk and get your key card, You will need to check in everyday.
